Lylybeth Arambula is a recent graduate from the California State University of Fullerton and is currently the Social Media Marketing Manager for Chrysalis Pictures. She has a B.A. in Communications and her emphasis is in entertainment and tourism. Lylybeth is passionate about the film industry and has extensive knowledge working with companies by helping them grow using their brand voice and social media platforms. Her experience includes working with non-profit companies like the Norooz Clinic Foundation, a mental health clinic that reduces the stigma around mental health, and International Sanctuary, an organization that helps survivors of human trafficking while empowering women to embrace their true identity. Lylybeth used her experience in these nonprofits to then work in the entertainment field and become a Social Media and Promotions Intern for World of Dance. She created daily headliner promos and announcement posts for 1.5 million followers across multiple platforms. After that, she went on to evolve her role as a Social Media Marketing Manager by working with True Colors Marketing Firm where she created and published content for various businesses across their platforms. Through her coursework, Lylybeth has done a case study for the release of Nintendo’s Switch and created a marketing campaign for Netflix’s sequel, “The Babysitter 2”, where she used effective marketing techniques to prepare for its launch at the end of this year. Lylybeth’s mission is to use the power of social media to make a positive impact where followers can engage while educating themselves.
